I would just like to thank you for providing great tasting meat at an affordable price. Like so many others, the price on kosher meat is driving  people to not eat kosher. You provide a way for us to stick to eating kosher without compromising on taste or quality. Until you came along only one place sold kosher meat here in colorado allowing them to charge whatever they wanted because they had the market. Avigail, my son said to me, after the last rib steak dinner we had...he’s 12, but quite the gourmand already...“This is AWESOME. I think it’s the best steak we‘ve ever had”. And I think he was right. Of course, the biggest compliment is that we've now reordered. Haven’t had a bad piece of meat yet. I just placed my 3rd order. It’s 7 am Central time, Wed the 29th. I can’t remember if I ordered on a Tues or Wed before, but wanted to know, or see if it were possible, that I get this order placed today on this coming Friday the 31st? BTW, the meat thus far has been as advertised, especially the pickled brisket and the steaks we’ve had. No unnecessary fat, everything marbled just enough. Good stuff!! It would be great if this order went out today so I COULD get it on Friday, in time to cook it for Shabbos. Hi, Just had to add to my testimonial. This past week we had the peppersteak and it was soft like butter. It melted in your mouth. I hadn’t had it many years since we moved to Huntley from Connecticut. We have had the Ribeye steak on and off the bone and both were delicious. My friend who placed an order on my recommendation, had the middle chuck roast and her family loved it. I made the 1st cut Brisket laying it on a thick bed of onions as I had seen on the Martha Stewart Show, when she had the author of many cookbooks Arthur Schwartz on, and it to was as soft as meat can get and just delicious.  I was surprised at how little it had shrunk. I am looking forward to having the short ribs and making the corned beef with cabbage and potatoes. I am so thankful that my friend passed on the word to me.
